The Monolith
“I’ll have to think about it … OK, but only if I get to remember everything.”
I received this request shortly after my marriage began.
I knew the Angel was her spiritual guide and I would have the benefit of this experience to broaden my own understanding.
It was several nights later that the merging took place.
I remember it as a dream.
I felt a buzzing around my body as I was lying in bed.
I wasn’t alarmed or afraid, mostly just curious.
I don’t remember much except the black rectangular block floating several feet above my body. It was shiny and smooth, about a foot thick and roughly the size of my body.
I don’t know how much time passed as the next thing I remember was waking the next morning.
Many years have passed since that experience and I still don’t fully understand what took place, but I do know that when I awakened the next morning I was different.
I was more than when I went to sleep the night before.
I have had the experience of feeling many spiritual guides. They are each different, having their own personality and way of communicating with me.
I would define them as my spiritual family.
Whenever there is a change of spiritual guides it is necessary for me to familiarize myself with their particular method of communication.
I still miss some of the more bold guides and that “whammy” I would feel in my heart chakra.
As I have learned and progressed my guides have become more subtle.
I learned to trust in my own inner voice.
During the summer of 95 I was awakened almost every night at the same time.
I would be fully awake and the first thought that came to me was, “get up and write.”
Most nights I would obey and on those nights I would write the many thoughts and ideas on paper.
Each morning came the question, “Did you get anything last night?” and “Can I read it?”
It might be called automatic writing or revelation but it was certainly interesting to both of us.
We would read the messages together and discuss what they might mean.
Most were of a personal nature relating to my life and the people around me.
On one occasion I was told that I was to set aside all my books and rely on my inner self.
I have done that and only rarely read books.
The messages continue to come to me, most appear in my mind as a concept, my human self tries to put into words what I “Saw.”
I learned to trust in these messages.
They have guided my life and helped me help others.
I have received many pages of instructions over the years, sometimes I reread them. Most were given for a specific time and place.
I see in my minds eye, loved ones who have passed from this life.
Father, wife, grandfather and others who have played a role in my life.
All of them very much involved and interested in what I do.
I talk to them when I am aware of their presence, questions form in my mind and I answer them.
I know they are watching, smiling and encouraging me to continue on.
“Be strong, stay true to yourself, never be afraid of the world, dare to be bold, be happy.”
“We love you more than you can comprehend.”
